Blood Cancer United's Visionaries of the Year is a nationwide philanthropic competition that brings together community leaders to raise funds for blood cancer patients. For ten weeks, candidates lead dedicated fundraising teams in support of three mission pillars:

Funding breakthrough therapies that give patients more and better treatment options.
Free information, navigation resources, and direct support for patients and families from diagnosis through treatment and recovery.
Fighting for policies that ensure every patient can access and afford quality care.

Christy is a survivor and a Visionary of the Year candidate—one of the people Blood Cancer United exists to help, now leading the charge to help others.
